Dr.
S.K. Mohanty is a Reader
in the Postgraduate Department
of Philosophy of Utkal University
where he has been teaching since
1968. He got his M.A. and Ph.D.
from the same university.
Dr. Mohanty is the author of
a book on Bertrand Russell's
Philosophy (in Oriya) and has
published a number of research
papers in standard philosophical
journals. He has been twice
symposiast and also president
of the History of Philosophy
Section of the Indian Philosophical
Congress.
