Dr.
Harbans Patel earned
his M.A. in political science,
and his Ph.D. in the area of
Indo-British relations. He has
contributed several articles
in many reputed journals. He
has to his credit a book on
Research Methodology in Political
Science in Gujarati. His two
research reports on 'Local Level
Leadership' and 'Tribal Development'
have been published by Sardar
Patel University.
He taught in Kenya (East africa)
for some time after which he
was with the Centre for Social
Studies,Surat - one of the ICSSR
research centres. At present
he is in the Department of Political
Science, Sardar Patel University,
Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat.
