The subject matter of the book has been presented under three sections. Section I includes natural resources, habitats and bio-ecology. Section II is an account of some essential aspects of degeneration & regeneration studies of the Himalayan resources. Section III describes some of the vital aspects of impact, eco-conservation and management of the Himalayan natural resources.
Various methods have been suggested in the book for the restoration and ecological security of the rich and varied biodiversity of the mighty Himalayan mountains.
