so that you receive your order in perfect
condition. However, in the event of any of
the following, you may return to us any book(s)
within 7 days of the receipt of your order,
subject to our prior permission. We shall
refund you the amount of the book(s) in full. |

which have manufacturing defect and have been

Claims should not be reported before two
weeks from the date of invoice. However,
orders shipped via speed-post or courier
can be claimed earlier. |
